A world-famous open-air theatre carved into the granite cliffs above the turquoise sea.
Cornwall Family Life POV
As a Cornish family who have visited The Minack Theatre ourselves, we share our honest, first-hand experience to help you plan the perfect family day out. We only recommend places we have genuinely enjoyed as a family.
The Minack Theatre is one of the most spectacular and unique theatres in the world - an open-air amphitheatre carved into the granite cliffs above the turquoise waters of Porthcurno Bay. Created by Rowena Cade in the 1930s, it hosts a full summer season of theatre and opera.
